i paid the off-peak price for the quintessential pedicure and am happy-ish with my treatment, but more happy that i didn’t to pay the full price. two of my cuticles were cut too far and bled - they were attended to but are still sore and now scabs. the luxury foot massage lasted >15 seconds per foot, and there were 25 gel colours to choose from. the venue was nice (although the building itself didn’t feel finished) and the two people working were lovely and hospitable, but i won’t return

One of the best pedicured I've ever had, the french tips were drawn to perfection and i left feeling chic and ready for my holiday. I'll certainly be back!

Tinu was so lovely, I always struggle with making conversation at appointments but she made me feel so comfortable and looked after, and the nails are gorgeous, she gave so much attention to detail at every stage and tried out different colours when I was being indecisive. 10/10
