Beautiful salon - lovely people who were working there. The salon is immaculate and so clean and my manicure was meticulous and I’m very happy with it.

I went to get biab done and the nail artist filed into the skin around 3 of my nails. I said I was in pain and I was told my skin was just sensitive, when they saw blood they apologized. It turned into an infection, affecting my daily tasks. They were resisting giving me a refund, yet when I kept repeating the situation, they finally approved it. They said they would deal with it as a matter of urgency, but it took them 2 weeks to even approve the refund.
