Impeccable as always. Clean and comfortable. But more than anything, staff is very helpful. I was worried about doing gel after a streak of reactions, and they guided me through it in a very helpful manner and I had a very successful appointment

They changed the technician the last minute. One of my nails was broken, so she used one chip without informing me the price. At the end they charged me £10 for one chip of ONE finger. Also she made a cut during shaping. This was not the service I expected after reading all the reviews here.
