I went to get biab done and the nail artist filed into the skin around 3 of my nails. I said I was in pain and I was told my skin was just sensitive, when they saw blood they apologized. It turned into an infection, affecting my daily tasks. They were resisting giving me a refund, yet when I kept repeating the situation, they finally approved it. They said they would deal with it as a matter of urgency, but it took them 2 weeks to even approve the refund.

Amazing service! She really took care of every step. Lovely atmosphere and they didn’t charge me for my removals which was really sweet. I tried to find Demi in the tip entry but it wasn’t there so I left it under no name

Impeccable as always. Clean and comfortable. But more than anything, staff is very helpful. I was worried about doing gel after a streak of reactions, and they guided me through it in a very helpful manner and I had a very successful appointment
