I love getting my nails done by Kristie. They are always amazing quality and never even lift within three to four weeks of use! Great designs and value!

I had prebooked an appointment but Kirstie was running late due to taking on another nail tech’s clients. I was very understanding and said I was happy to wait around while she caught up but after waiting for 40 mins after my original booking time I received a message saying Kirstie would having to cancel my app altogether. Frustratingly was a wasted trip into town and best part of an hour waiting to be told. I would have rather had transparency from the off so I could make other arrangements.
