(Cont.) She told me to go the next day after 10am to fix it but I was travelling, so I couldn’t. I asked if she could make an exception and do something to help me fix the nails asap but no. She then offered NO COMPENSATION, kept defending the salon/Julie, though it was THEIR FAULT, and when I asked for a refund, she said the best they could offer me was £5 off my next appointment which is a JOKE?!? I obviously wouldn’t go again?!? I paid £53 altogether for something I could do at home for free.
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! The worst service I’ve ever received! Julie was unwelcoming, rushing with my nails, didn’t even ask me for my desired shape, did no cuticle work and applied the WRONG top coat, which made my nails sticky, patchy and look HORRIBLE. I thought it was a gel residue which could be wiped off with nail polish remover but no. I messaged the salon owner Kristie when I got home to help me fix this mess. She was EXTREMELY rude, defending Julie and claiming it's an easy mistake to make?
