My manicurist was really rude and made me feel uncomfortable, left halfway through the appointment and asked someone to take over without consulting me or letting me know, didn’t ask what my shape preference was and gave me something I don’t like

This was my second visit to 'By Kristie Ltd'. My first appointment was my first experience with BIAB nail extensions and they were wonderful. Julie did a fantastic job and they lasted for a long time with no chipping at all. I then had infills (also done by Julie) and love them. Julie is very talented and makes your nails look beautiful!
I entered the building just to be looked at without anything said to begin with. I said I had an appointment, just to receive a response of ‘ok’. Wasn’t told to take a seat. Made me feel very uncomfortable. Julie didn’t speak at all, very unfriendly. Expected me to know when to put my nails under the light. I have never been so a salon that was so unfriendly. It really surprised me considering the high reviews.
Kirsty was amazing!! So happy with my toes. She’s such a lovely friendly girl and super talented. I would go here every time now!! Thankyou xxx
