Really disappointing. Nails chipped the next day and were also super messy with lots of dents in them. I tried calling and emailed multiple times before referring to Treatwell who also couldn’t get through to the owner so I wasn’t even able to get a refund. Had to go elsewhere and get them soaked off two days later. I would never have wanted to leave a negative review but to ignore all calls and emails when a service has been paid for is unacceptable. Would not recommend this place.

I booked this app as my normal nail lady was unavailable. I was waiting over an hour after my app time. I’m understanding so didn’t mind. The salon is very dimly lit so couldn’t tell until I got home how bad my nails were. They are uneven, clumpy and already chipped. My skin has also been filed and cut which is really painful. It was rushed and it cost £50 for something I feel I could have done better myself. Really upset and have to go get them redone elsewhere this week. Would not recommend
