Know what you're paying for! I booked in for the wash, cut and blow dry, when I turned up they tried charging an extra £25 for a restyle. In their opinion a cut is no more than 2" in a straight line, anything else is a restyle and refused to take 4" off and redo my last haircut style.
the managers were very unreasonable and would not negotiate or compromise on the matter. The situation was embarrassing and upsetting, but I am thankful to Patrick who cut my hair and made me feel better about the situation and made me feel more relaxed.
