Really lovely salon and the nicest therapist, really wanted to ensure I was pleased with the outcome however I did experience some pain afterwards- not sure if this was a burn or waxing one area too many times

I was very happy with my highlights and cut. I also had to pay extra for an additional colour - this surprised me as I've been to salons before who have used up to 3 colours without charging extra. It might be worth writing in the ts and cs that the price only includes one colour. It made it a lot more expensive in the end.

Daisy gave me a wash, cut and blow dry. She did a wonderful job, really nice girl and very knowledgeable about hair and products. 100% will return and recommend to friends and family.

It was overall a good experience, and my technician was very nice and did a very good job with the cut and blow dry. However I had to pay an extra £25 at the salon for highlights that didn't have bleach in. I thought this was a bit misleading because I had paid for a half head of highlights/lowlights and it said nothing about paying extra for highlights or lowlights that didn't include bleach. I also asked my technician for a very natural look and for very thin lowlights, however she did them quite thick and much darker than I would have liked.
