Loved the products... decent cut.. water slightly too hot for me when having my hair washed, but that's not a big deal.

I have had my hair cut and coloured by a friend for years so was nervous to go to a hairdresser for the first time in 10. I needn't have been. I was listened to carefully about the colour and the look I was trying to achieve, a good amount of time was spent establishing I was happy. The colour is spot on and I'm very pleased with the cut - even after I've washed and dried! It was great value, a good / relaxed atmosphere, and I was well listened to. I'll be back!
Hair Colouring
Great customer service, very relaxing which is exactly what I wanted as I usually hate going to the hairdresser, but I felt relaxed and it did not take long either.
