I have been in this saloon for the first time a couple of week ago.
A friend of mine recommended it and I wanted to give it a try.
Saying that the whole experience was absolutely amazing is not enough.
As soon as I walked I though WOW!! the saloon is beautiful. there 3 different area in 2 floor: the washing area is all gold and gives you this relaxing feeling, the colour area downstairs full of mirrors and with this lovely coloury lamp coming down from the wall and at the end the cut and dry area with this vintage style where everything looks just perfectly combined.
I asked to Gennaro I wanted to bleach my hair, but I was red. He explain to me all the process and also advised me that he could not do more than 2 times at that time otherwise my hair ( as they are really fragile ) wouldn't stay sane. He used some purple toner at the end which made the colour absolutely beautiful.
I was really impressed from the passion he had in it.
The prices are also just right, actually for the service they give I need to say that it was cheap.
I have done a similar job to my hair in the past and I paid almost the double amount of money with a completely different result.
Now that I finally found who can look after my hair at the best I won't change it anymore.
I can just wish this place all the best, as they just opened.

After a while struggling to find a good hairstylist in a nice atmosphere and cosy environment last week I finally found what I was looking for.
This saloon, recently opened by a couple of young and funny guys, is the perfect match between style, relax and a very good prices.
I personally asked for a cool haircut because I want to make my hairs longer and nicer.
Gennaro has been very professional and very nice at same time. He has been reliable to hear and satisfy my needs together with very good suggestions on my style and using the best product as shampoo (they have this amazing gold room to make shampoos to people) and wax.
I totally reccommend this place to both professional and cool, fashion addicted guys who want professionality, style, glamour and a touch of italian kindness.
I will return 100%.

I haven't taken care of my hair for a long time and I needed a complete hair MOT. I booked an appointment with Gennaro. The second I walked in I felt like a princess. The salon looks amazing, very welcoming and stylish. The staff made sure to make me feel at home by offering me a very good cup of tea and a nougat. Gennaro took the time to listen to my concerns and ideas and then stepped in to give his suggestions, based on my skin colour and type of hair. I completely trusted his professional advice and I was right. Gennaro did my colour with patience and outstanding precision, also cut my hair after. I couldn't be more pleased with my hairstyle. When I walked out I felt BEAUTIFUL. All my friends and colleague noticed the difference and received compliments from strangers while walking along the street. Gennaro at Twentuno is a guarantee. Five stars! I will be back for sure. Best hair salon I have been in London since I moved here 8 years ago!

I first went to Twentuno salon when it opened in May for a full head highlighting. Gennaro chose a fabulous honey shade, for which I have been complimented since! After that wonderful success, I decided to go back for an haircut. Again, I tried Gennaro. Well, HE IS JUST AMAZING!!! I left the salon feeling so beautiful. And the best thing is that the haircut is so good that everytime I wash my hair, I am able to style it perfectly with no effort!
Once you try Gennaro you won't go anywhere else!
P.S. when you go make sure you ask for one of those delicious choc nougat from Napoli!!! :-)
