Very friendly salon, lovely haircut, my only complaint is my shampoo wasn't the best as I didn't feel it was thoroughly washed or rinsed - i ended up washing my hair again the next day which i wouldn't normally but i do have very thick hair so maybe they aren't used to washing thick hair.
Really cool salon with very friendly staff. Really happy with my haircut. Will definitely return.
I knew Gennaro and his saloon during a dinner with some friends and I decided at once to give him a chance. He was so confident! I really had to do something for my hair: it was time to change the colour and to have it cut. After few weeks I was in his fancy saloon and all the staff gave me a welcame. The atmosphere was very relaxed and the music played was calm and composed. I did not have a clue about the hairstyle or the colour and I gave free rein to Gennaro. And I did well!!! He picked the right colour for my skin tone and did a miracle with my dried and opaque hair. I was galvanised and my husband as well was enthusiastic about it! The following day I had only positive comments by all my colleagues (- You look completely different! - or - You gained a lot! ) and I felt more and more in love with my new look. I am looking forward to have another appointment at Twentyuno Salon!!!
I have been in this saloon for the first time a couple of week ago.
A friend of mine recommended it and I wanted to give it a try.
Saying that the whole experience was absolutely amazing is not enough.
As soon as I walked I though WOW!! the saloon is beautiful. there 3 different area in 2 floor: the washing area is all gold and gives you this relaxing feeling, the colour area downstairs full of mirrors and with this lovely coloury lamp coming down from the wall and at the end the cut and dry area with this vintage style where everything looks just perfectly combined.
I asked to Gennaro I wanted to bleach my hair, but I was red. He explain to me all the process and also advised me that he could not do more than 2 times at that time otherwise my hair ( as they are really fragile ) wouldn't stay sane. He used some purple toner at the end which made the colour absolutely beautiful.
I was really impressed from the passion he had in it.
The prices are also just right, actually for the service they give I need to say that it was cheap.
I have done a similar job to my hair in the past and I paid almost the double amount of money with a completely different result.
Now that I finally found who can look after my hair at the best I won't change it anymore.
I can just wish this place all the best, as they just opened.
For sure you have already a regular customer.
