For an extra £35 I was told I would get the ‘superhighlifts’ which would damage (and a toner- which was later disputed). I’m sick of buying a treatment on Treatwell and then being guilted into spending money to upgrade. I got frustrated a few points as I feel like there was miscommunication with the stylist- for instance I thought a toner was included in this extra £35, but it was apparently not. At no point did the manager or any senior member of staff come to speak to me and check I was ok. The highlifts, haircut and blow dry we’re fine but the customer service could do with some work. Also worth noting that most customers aren’t hairdressers and making them feel guilty and that their colour won’t be as good without paying the extra isn’t fair. Make it clearer and in layman’s terms if something isn’t included.

This was my first trip to the salon and it was a great experience. Manjeet is really lovely and takes great time and attention over her work, it wasn't rushed at all. The salon is also very spacious and clean. I will definitely be back.
