Ladies' Haircuts
I loved that I could quickly book an appointment and go on the same day. However, when I got there the owner said that because my hair was long and cutting it would be a restyle, he needed charge me £15 more. This was annoying because I had already paid for it online and I could've gone to another place if I wanted to pay £15 more. After a good discussion, the manager reluctantly said I didn't need to pay the extra £15 but it meant that the experience started off on a bad note.
The place was clean and the hair dresser was nice but I wasn't convinced I was getting value for money.
