Haircut was okay, not the best I've had, but not the worst. Didn't feel terribly welcome, as weirdly everyone was offered a drink (some people were served multiple coffees while I was there), but staff never offered me even a glass of water, quite strange!

The facial was great and I definitely come back. The only thing is that the treatment room doesn’t have a proper door that seperates it from other treatments areas and I could hear other people’s loud conversations during the treatment. Other than that it was very good facial.
