Emma, was very professional and extremely friendly and made me feel really comfortable . I was having a wax treatment which can be a little uncomfortable and intrusive but she made me feel extremely at ease with her friendly and respectable nature . Would highly recommend Emma! She is excellent at her job . Very pleased with the results .
