Elvie is a talented hairdresser who quickly understood what I wanted from my haircut and then did exactly that. I was very happy with the result and felt she took the time necessary to do a great job. At the same time, she was very accommodating of the fact that I had to leave at a certain time and took it upon herself to make sure I made that time.
