Chantell is a friendly, attentive and experienced professional. This was my first time getting balayage and I didn't know what colour I wanted to go for/ would suit me, but Chantell took the time to talk me through the technique, analyse my hair/skin tone and create a bespoke colour for my hair. The result was a flawless balayage which looks fantastic and effortlessly glamorous, earning me loads of compliments wherever I go. All in all it took about 3 hours but I would say it was definitely time well spent, as Chantell did a thorough job and even suggested improving my current haircut in order to further accentuate the balayage. Even though I had my hair trimmed less than two months ago, I went with her suggestion and the result was terrific indeed! All in all, it was a great colouring experience in a relaxed atmosphere. I would definitely recommend her as the balayage expert.

I recently moved to London from Stockholm and one of my biggest concerns was to find a hairdresser as good as the one I've been going to for the last 10 years. I found her! I had a balayage done and I'm so happy with the result I would recommend anyone to go visit Chantell super sweet and great knowledge.
