Thankfully I had pre-booked with Manuela early Saturday
However the previous day I had been on a long walk and stubbed my toe but thought nothing of it although the discomfort continued overnight
Unfortunately I had actually lifted the nail off the nail bed and it had started to get infected
Manuela is just fantastic !
She completely treated my toe to prevent further infection and told me how to look after it for the next 5 days
Also which antimicrobial spray to buy
