I had changed my booking a few times on the treatwell website of which every time I received a treatwell email confirmation of 1st July. Upon my arrival the salon said that my booking is down on their calendar for the weekend after. I showed them the treatwell email confirmation of which they were quick to say that they never received an email from treatwell. I called treatwell who confirmed that not only was an email sent out to the salon but also the email was READ.
I emailed the salon my findings and asked to confirm my date again...2 days passed so I emailed again and hours later received a one liner confirming my appointment and no acknowledgment of the mistake they made or apology.
This is my 3rd time at this salon of which has been fine up until now. Otherwise the treatment was perfect
Unfortunately my nails do not look good. There are bubbles, inconsistencies and areas where you can see three different coats because not all the nail was covered. My nails were not filed properly meaning the paint didn’t seal and in general left a very poor appearance
4.5 stars so I rounded up to 5. The only thing was they didn't realize I had made an appointment through Treatwell, so I waited for a bit for them to get the wax ready. Everything else was great! The wax was the most painless I've ever had and they upgraded me to hard wax without charge. The lady was really nice and kept the conversation flowing to distract me.
