I booked on Treatwell 30 mins before the treatment but when I arrived the lady was in the middle of doing another customer's nails. I had to wait 10 mins which on a lunch break is precious time. The wax had run out, but the lady poured some in from another pot - looked a little unhygienic. It was quick and the lady was lovely, however the wax wasn't great and I was left with some hair. I informed the lady and she did her best but unfortunately I could still feel quite a bit after the treatment.

When I arrived I was told that Treatwell had made a mistake taking my booking and they didn’t have availability to do the manicure. However they did refund me in cash since I had prepaid.

The staff at Maple Salon are very friendly. I was able to add on an extra treatment when I got there. Both treatments were done efficiently.
