Pedicure treatment was great. Venue was clean however I was very uncomfortable having to sit on a bench and balance whilst my feet were pulled in different positions. This wouldn't have been so bad for a quick treatment but I was in there for 3 hours! For the length of time it took I would've expected my manicure to be a higher standard than it was.

OK... week and half on lost quite a few lashes and a few fell out as soon as I left the salon...

Lovely receptionist but that was about it. Had to wait 30 mins for my leg wax. When I finally was having it done the next customer turned up early and so my treatment was rushed. Hurt a lot and got home to find out they'd missed lots of patches on my legs!! Having to go to another salon to have it re-done. Will not go again and would not recommend.

Shellac only lasted 5 days...good manicure and pedicure but not a great atmosphere and not very clean ! will go back for pedicure !

I booked here for eyelash extensions. The therapist was great and gave me exactly the style I asked for. She was very thorough and made sure my skin was covered properly etc. while she did the treatment. The salon was quite difficult to find and a sign at the bottom of the stairs might be helpful. All of the staff were very friendly. The only thing I would say is it would have been nice to have a bit of background music as the extensions take quite a long time. I have had a few of the eyelashes fall out in the first few days but I'm not sure if this is normal or not so this is the only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 for the treatment. I would definitely return here.
