Sadly it was one of the worst gel Mani pedis I ever had it seems that the varnishes and equipment are of a very poor quality resulting in a really long time required to complete treatments... sitting arrangement is very uncomfortable and caused me back pain the following day as I sat on a wooden bench ... the only reason I've marked it 3* is because I was granted a refund (after having to ask for it 3x). the staff are really nice & I wish they had better equipment & more training. I'm sorry but I won't return & I'm unable to recommend this salon...

Pedicure treatment was great. Venue was clean however I was very uncomfortable having to sit on a bench and balance whilst my feet were pulled in different positions. This wouldn't have been so bad for a quick treatment but I was in there for 3 hours! For the length of time it took I would've expected my manicure to be a higher standard than it was.

OK... week and half on lost quite a few lashes and a few fell out as soon as I left the salon...

Lovely receptionist but that was about it. Had to wait 30 mins for my leg wax. When I finally was having it done the next customer turned up early and so my treatment was rushed. Hurt a lot and got home to find out they'd missed lots of patches on my legs!! Having to go to another salon to have it re-done. Will not go again and would not recommend.
