I wasn't sure what to expect with Vortex Healing, but Mara was wonderful at explaining and made me very comfortable. After the session I felt completely exhausted (in the same way I would after a deep massage, which indicates to me that my body is healing) and I was in bed at 6.30pm and slept until 6.30am. I felt great when I woke up and I have felt a shift in my perspective and much more positive in my outlook and energised still days later. I would definitely recommend.

Mara has a super power. She is more than a masseuse as she can enter your pain and be able to move it, releasing the blockage and sensation. She does energy work as well and created a spiritual vibe that I found relaxing. I still can’t believe how good my body feels!
