Mara is such a beautiful soul. I really felt at ease and relaxed throughout. She was incredibly attentive and as a fellow dancer, I felt she intuitively knew straight away what it was I needed and delivered a professional, relaxing massage that relieved the tension I was experiencing in my body and helped me to feel de-stressed and calm.

I went for the VortexHealing treatment not sure on what to expect. Mara has been really welcoming and provided me with a thorough explanation of the treatment and its benefits. At the end of the treatments I felt really relaxed and in a bright and clear headspace. The days after I could feel my energy level much higher and my mind clearer than prior the treatment. I would definitely recommend to try this treatment, especially when going through very challenging and stressful time.
