I went for the VortexHealing treatment not sure on what to expect. Mara has been really welcoming and provided me with a thorough explanation of the treatment and its benefits. At the end of the treatments I felt really relaxed and in a bright and clear headspace. The days after I could feel my energy level much higher and my mind clearer than prior the treatment. I would definitely recommend to try this treatment, especially when going through very challenging and stressful time.

Quite simply one of the beat deep tissue massages I have ever had. From my feet to my shoulders it simply flowed. Mara is highly skilled and would recommend to anyone who needs a massage whether for stress relief or for sports recovery. Definitely be seeing Mara again 👍
