I had an absolutely awful experience at Marafet - Rosi did not listen to anything I wanted. I told her the length I wanted my hair and she said she had to do it shorter, when I said I didn’t want that she begged me which was very uncomfortable, and still cut it much shorter. I was visibly upset and she proceeded to keep cutting it as I resisted. Also the slowest service I have ever had - she kept stopping to talk/do other people’s hair - I ended up leaving with wet hair after 6 hours there.

That was my first time visiting Marafet. My hair was so damaged and hopeless,Rosi made a wonderful job, highlighted my stubborn hair. She is very good hairdresser
