The experience was totally bizarre. The salon was empty with the door locked and lights off when I arrived (midday app), I was asked to change my mask halfway through having my hair washed and then made to stand for the majority of the haircut (which was slow and unsteady).
Naturally, this put me on edge, but I was most upset by the fact that I asked for a trim and the hairdresser cut my hair so much that I walked away with a '80s style bob which is definitely not what I wanted.
