They use chocolate wax which was horrible for me. Hair broke off at the surface and the back growth was unreal and very quick. Feel like a waste of money as I have to get another wax only a few weeks later

Arrived with gel extensions and got told they couldn't remove. I advised removal wasn't an option on menu, so assumed this wouldn't be an issue. Basically turned away and waste of my time.
