Treatment was ok, but not as good as last time I came - no one asked if I was happy with the treatment result/ temperature/ etc. Salon is light, airy and clean but treatments could be better to match the salon.

Lovely staff and place. However, the nail technician made four of my fingers bleed while she was doing my nails, a couple times so badly that it took a while for it to stop to carry on with my appointment. Accidents happen but worth noting so the technician knows not to go too hard on the cuticles. Thanks!

While the procedure was perfect and I enjoyed relaxing pedicure, but I was extremely stressed because my appointment was running 20mins late, no one explained to me why, no one did let me know in advance. I was supposed to leave exactly at the end of appointment, but was 15mins late - following that I am now running late to opera and will not make it on time by no chance, even though I ordered uber and paid 3x fee because of higher demand. And it was supposed to be a relaxing treat for me.
