It was very relaxing! It was a cold day but the therapy bed had an electric blanket under it, so it was nice and toasty. Jessica explained what she was about to do before each step and she has a lovely touch that is neither too firm nor too light, but just right. I felt that I was in capable hands.

The removal of gel was fine, if a little slow. She couldn't get the gel to set on the new nails. After 1.5 hours, her next client arrived, so she hurried me out of the venue with chipped and uneven nails with the promise someone would fix them on Tuesday. I got a text Tuesday morning asking me to move my appointment to Thursday. I had an event Wednesday so I cancelled altogether. Very annoyed at the waste of money as I was charged full price & I'll have to pay to get them re-done for my event.
