I hate writing bad reviews, but I'm sorry to say this was quite a poor blowdry that took very long to do. Stylist didn't ask how I wanted it done and didn't really speak to me at all, except to try and upsell me some shampoo that cost extra. I asked for big and bouncy and the result was a very limp/flat blowdry. I didn't feel very welcomed in the salon at all, especially when it came to pay at the end when the person at the till just rudely slapped down the card machine without saying anything.

Jessica was super friendly and professional. The salon was clean and organised and I overall enjoyed the experience. At the end they give you lash serum to apply at home, which is amazing! Unfortunately my lashes didn’t get lifted as they used to in my previous salon, they actually look very straight. I did reach out to the owner about it and she replied very quickly and politely, but we didn’t reach an agreement in regards to what’s expected as a result after this treatment.

Cute manicure, did want Acrylic but they could not do. Considering I paid £85 for a luxury manicure and pedicure. Being slapped at the end with an additional £38 for add on’s such as french tip and removal of a few nails/shellac which took all of a few minutes to do, surely would be included…? Let’s just say damped the experience just a tad!

For a treatment some may think £22 is a bit steep for a mask and a gold shower cap to be on your head for a few minutes..?
