One of the nails chipped the next day but the technicians were very pleasant and apologetic and fixed it right away. Management was rude. They did communicate the fact I had booked the wrong treatment until After I had did my nails and demanded an extra £5 at the end, although their website said different. Overall the nail technicians are lovely, the manager was stand offish and rude in my opinion l.

Lovely place, with a clean and relaxed feel. A wax that was over very quickly - I will be back!
