Everyone that worked at the salon was lovely and v friendly. Manicure and pedicure could have been a bit better though - manicure was a little bit messy and (though my feet aren’t perfect at the best of times) my feet didn’t feel nice and smooth like they normally do post pedicure. Prices are great though for London.
