She was very gentle and I felt very relaxed but, the overall manicure itself was not very good. Even though I had booked a Brazilian manicure, I was given just a normal one. The edges are rough and it's a little bumpy with patches and a speck of dirt on the polish. I was also unsure if the tools were clean as she took them out of an opened packet and didn't see the sanitising solution anywhere.
