I had booked with Jessica and though she was in the salon cleaning, she did not do my treatment.
I was not happy with my nails, too much paint was added so the nails are thick and int particular nail is out of shape because of this.
I’d asked for my nails not to be shortened, but they were which I was not happy about. I also came away with shape edges and had to tidy the nails myself once I was home
This was my second experience, and I was not happy either them but more so the second.

Jessica was nice, salon is very clean, but my eyelashes have not been lifted. Decided not to say anything at the time because I was so surprised. They look exactly like they had before I went in, except it cost 40 pounds. I've had an lvl lash lift previously and the results have always been noticeable. I did see similar reviews, so I was reluctant but the location was so convenient I thought I'd try.

Got a lash lift done but barely looks like I had a treatment. It was a bit messy as well.
