My experience was good, most of the staff speaks Spanish but they can understand any advice asked.
The location is very convenient for me too. Definitely, I will come back.

Non English speaking stuff, I booked my appointment at certain time and when I arrived I was told I have to wait 30 mins, haircut instead of 40 mins took 1,5h.

I booked this last minute to fix a slightly dodgy haircut from elsewhere. It was quick, efficient and done nicely. The persom cutting my hair was lovely, but spoke minimal english and had her friend translate for her, which worked great, but I would be concerned that she isnt always there. It also advergises itsf as a specialist afroamerican hairdressers when you are there, but I dont think that is clear on here - they did an excellent job with my hair, either way!

I went in for a wash, cut and blow dry as I needed a trim. Rosemary did a great job of taking the dry amends off and also added really good shape with some layers. She gave me a great blow dry which (with a bit of refreshing) is still good 2 days later. I went out the night after having my hair done and got compliments :)
