Absolutely appalled. So I had a booking a week before my rescheduled one that was prepaid and got cancelled. I turned up yesterday ready for my 10am appointment only to be turned away saying they didn’t have my booking. Highly unorganised! The salon isn’t even called Marc Scot anymore so can’t find the place very well. The two men who run it are extremely rude and gave no sympathy what so ever. This is disgusting if you don’t work with treat well why not come off it. I want my refund.
