Dirty place, not welcoming and the most annoying thing is that I did not get the service I was asking for. The whole experience was bad. I will never pay for a service in advance again!! As soon as I arrived into this hair salon I was ready to leave. When I told the hairdresser what I wanted it, he said no. The only reason why I stayed is because I paid for the service in advance...I think Treatwell should not charge for a service before hand....after all, I still need to go to another hairdresser because I do not like what he did in my hair at all
