Terry did a great job - I had a rough idea for the highlights I wanted And Terry gave very good advice in terms of colours for my hair. I absolutely the highlights and haircut.
Beyond that, I thought that the staff was very welcoming and polite, not entirely sure why people have perceived them as rude in the past if I'm honest.
Overall, a very good hairdresser and worth every penny :-)

Lovely staff, place is quite small and basic but if you just want a quick haircut/colour then it's a nice place to go. They do what you ask them to do :)
