I'm writing as a support worker who visited the salon with a service user of mine. The lady had a learning disability and although independent, likes to have staff go with her to new places for the first couple of times. After one visit she and I are both happy for her to go in herself next time. She was treated so well and the hairdresser had such patience when giving her her full head of highlights as she is a complete fidget and can get very animated when she talks. She was asked questions rather than them asking me and she was listened too. I genuinely cannot speak higher of this place, Thankyou for a great experience and being part of L's journey to independence. She's told all her friends about you!
