Was after an early morning appt and really pleased they opened at 8.30am, Crystal discussed through what I wanted and how I wanted it going forward and followed through, she remained responsive to my feedback during the cut. She also cut efficiently and i was done in about 50 mins which is great. I very much enjoyed our chat during the cut too, would book again and I'm happy to recommend 😀
Ladies' Haircuts
The person did not tie the black robe properly and hence, there was hair everywhere on my clothes. A few strands were missed at the back, which I had to ask to fix. The length was also left longer than what I requested. She also forgot to brush off the nape of my neck to tidy and clean up cut hair. This was very uncomfortable. I had to request her to do it later. The comb she gave me was also dirty and despite having washed my hair, it looked bad post visit. My experience wasn't good at all.

I was very pleased with the service and was pleased to have my hair appointment by Kate who ad done an exceptionable job and she was very nice and caring and very friendly. She provided an amazing service and I would definitely get my hair done by her again,
