Staff are very friendly and welcoming. My hair stylist,Crystal, is very nice and she knows what I need. I love my new hairstyle. Very recommend.

Loved the ambience and the friendly welcome from the staff. However the service felt a bit rushed, the blow dry could have been a better experience like taking care to section hair and then care to finish each section. The worst part was using unclean hairbrush - it would make such a difference to use clean brush on each customer than those tray full of (different coloured) hair laden ones.
