Loved the ambience and the friendly welcome from the staff. However the service felt a bit rushed, the blow dry could have been a better experience like taking care to section hair and then care to finish each section. The worst part was using unclean hairbrush - it would make such a difference to use clean brush on each customer than those tray full of (different coloured) hair laden ones.

Crystal was very friendly and she really listened to what type of haircut I wanted. She did an exceptional job and so I will be definitely going back to her against the future 😊
