Marcia was very friendly, professional and efficient. Great knowledge in regards to black hair and how different treatments help our different hair types. No typical long wait, pleasant and enjoyable experience.
Marcia was very lovely however I think the salon needs a bit of spring cleaning

My hair was in very bad condition, breaking and falling out. I was afraid to comb it. I had a Steam + Hot oil treatment + Trim and Hot comb press. When she finished, I was amazed at my fabulous shiny hair. OMG! It hasn't looked or felt so good in years.
I hate having my hair trimmed (really nervous), but the friendly helpful staff put me at ease.
I also received haircare/maintenance advice. Looking forward to my next appointment. Absolutely Fabulous 4Real
