I had a haircut at Central Studios with Marco.
Marco did exactly what I asked for and did it really quickly.

I wasn't able to have the same hairdresser on the day that I wanted. Marco did my hair instead, he was understanding and he did a pretty good job.

I gave Marco a picture of what I wanted and clearly described there was a section of hair that was to be left alone as I want to grow that bit out - which he ignored and cut along with my fringe which I had also said to leave alone - I left preferring the hair cut I had when I went in and I am left having to wait for my hair to grow to the style I actually wanted. I was then charged for a medium length hair cut despite the fact I have a pixie cut which should have been £31.
