I gave Marco a picture of what I wanted and clearly described there was a section of hair that was to be left alone as I want to grow that bit out - which he ignored and cut along with my fringe which I had also said to leave alone - I left preferring the hair cut I had when I went in and I am left having to wait for my hair to grow to the style I actually wanted. I was then charged for a medium length hair cut despite the fact I have a pixie cut which should have been £31.

I booked super late the day before so they were great to have an appointment available on a Saturday as I was going out later and desperately needed a trim! My hair cut was great and Marco shaved my undercut really well! Marco was super kind as I’m autistic and haven’t been to a hairdresser in ages and I kind of forgot how it all works so I was quite nervous. So glad I’ve found a salon nearby that was very friendly so I will definitely be going back! Would totally recommend!
