I booked super late the day before so they were great to have an appointment available on a Saturday as I was going out later and desperately needed a trim! My hair cut was great and Marco shaved my undercut really well! Marco was super kind as I’m autistic and haven’t been to a hairdresser in ages and I kind of forgot how it all works so I was quite nervous. So glad I’ve found a salon nearby that was very friendly so I will definitely be going back! Would totally recommend!

For the first time on Treatwell, I have to write a negative review. Here are some bullet points:
My treatment started 30 minutes late
Marco left me for another 10 minutes with my head in the sink because he had to go and buy the product!
Finely he returns, put the product on and then another customer comes, so he leaves me to start her in the meantime
He makes me sit in a chair full of her hair
Permanent waves were permanent for 1 day. No, I didn't wash my hair yet. Back to straight on day two.
