For the first time on Treatwell, I have to write a negative review. Here are some bullet points: My treatment started 30 minutes late Marco left me for another 10 minutes with my head in the sink because he had to go and buy the product! Finely he returns, put the product on and then another customer comes, so he leaves me to start her in the meantime He makes me sit in a chair full of her hair Permanent waves were permanent for 1 day. No, I didn't wash my hair yet. Back to straight on day two.
