It was actually a massage 1/4 hot stone and 3/4 massage + stretch...I was a bit surprised that it was focussed on my back only. But it was good though and I slept like a baby.

The whole experience was amazing! I’ll definitely become a regular here. The staff were all really friendly. The only problem was that next door was having some work done, so you could hear the drilling but otherwise the overall experience was great.

I didn't actually have reflexology. I had a full body deep tissue massage instead as they said one hour was too long for reflexology and recommended the deep tissue instead. The full body massage was really very good. It really relaxed me and I will definitely be back again for this. (but I'd go somewhere else for real reflexology)
