Really lovely salon and massages were relaxing. However it would have been great to have someone in reception for your arrival or just to let you in from out the cold! If you’re in room one the noise from the people waiting in reception/phones going off can clearly be heard and disrupt the ambience.
Never had a Thai massage before but it didn’t strike me as very different from a deep tissue? It wasn’t what the description on treatwell suggested. The salon was super clean and the decor was beautiful, just minor things that make a difference. I would go back again
