Pleasant experience going from a warm light brown to a dark ashy shade. Sam was very friendly and used good products on my hair - it feels healthy and soft.
However, I am disappointed with the cut. I asked for my curtain bangs to be trimmed but they've been cut too short and patchy. They don't blend well and I'm going to have to wait until they've grown to get them redone. Surprised this was my experience since there were many good reviews which is why I booked.
